Therapy in Florida for high-functioning individuals healing from trauma, narcissistic abuse, and emotionally immature parents.

You might look like you have it together-but internally feel anxious, drained, or unsure of yourself.

Trauma is not what happens to you. It is what happens inside you as a result of what happens to you.

Meet your therapist

Hi, I’m Hadley Huff, LCSW, a trauma and attachment therapist.

You don’t have to be in a crisis to know something feels off. Many of the people I work with—especially women and teens—feel stuck in patterns in their relationships; constantly overthinking or unsure of themselves. You might appear high-functioning on the outside, while internally feeling anxious, drained, or on edge.

You might notice:

• You replay conversations in your head and second-guess yourself

• You feel responsible for other people’s emotions

• You struggle to trust your decisions or speak up for your needs

• You keep finding yourself in the same relationship patterns

Many of my clients grew up with emotionally immature or narcissistic caregivers, where being in “survival mode” became their norm. As adults, this can show up as people-pleasing, anxiety, self-doubt, and relationships that don’t feel as secure as they should.

I specialize in narcissistic abuse recovery and am currently completing advanced training with Dr. Ramani toward certification as a Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC).

I provide a warm, trauma-informed, and attachment-focused space. Where you feel understood, supported, and without judgement. My work is rooted in Somatic Practices, Parts Work, and DBT. Together, we’ll work to help you trust yourself again, feel more grounded, and reconnect with who you are—without having to push to your limit just to get through the day.

You don’t have to keep doing this alone.
