Hi, I’m Hadley-
I know what it’s like to feel emotionally exhausted from constantly overthinking and questioning yourself. When you’ve spent so much time walking on eggshells and being stuck in survival mode, it can be hard to trust yourself or even know who you are.
You may look “high functioning” on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected or emotionally drained. Maybe relationships feel confusing, or that you long for closeness but feel as though you can’t open up.
Many of my clients grew up with emotionally immature or narcissistic caregivers, where being in “survival mode” became their norm. As adults, this can show up as people-pleasing, anxiety, self-doubt, and relationships that don’t feel as secure as they should.
I specialize in narcissistic abuse recovery and am currently completing advanced training toward certification as a Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC) under Dr. Ramani Durvasula.
I’m here to help you better understand yourself. To help you heal from painful relationship patterns, and feel more emotionally grounded. There is no judgment or pressure to “just get over it.” Together, we’ll work towards helping you feel more confident in who you are and more secure in yourself and your relationships.
